In addition to the wide range of vertical packaging machines, balers and mixing lines for soil, ESSEGI also offers automatic systems for weighing/dosing and filling big bags.
These systems are studied and designed according to the typology of product that will be bagged.
Volumetric dosing systems are used for products such as peat, soil and similars.
Electronic free-flowing weighing systems are instead used for granular products such as wood pellets, fertilizers, feed and similars.
Like all ESSEGI machines, these systems too can be customized according to the specific requests made by the customer.
- possibility of choosing the hooking device for the big bag, according to the type of big bag used by the customer;
- possibility of automatically positioning the big bag on a pallet, to facilitate its handling;
- possibility of vibrating and shaking the big bag during the filling phase, to flatten the big bag bottom and to compact the product inside;
- possibility of combining multiple systems to speed up production. In this way the operator can unhook the filled big bag during the filling of the other one.
To complete the systems, ESSEGI also offers loading lines for transporting the product to the loading point of the system and access platforms complete with stair and safety railings to allow the operator to access to the hooking and unhooking point of the big bag.
